After the last update twig is gone from "New file" dialog
After the last update twig is gone from the "New file" dialog. I can't create *.html.twig file
Twig extension is added in the "File and Code Templates", but it's not showing in the "New file" dialog.
Can anybody help me?

It's a bug with double extensions, already fixed, but the fix apparently will only be available with 2019.1.1: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-37818
