See documentation about Parameter hints. They are configured under Settings (Preferences on macOS) | Editor | General | Appearance | Show parameter name hints option.

Maybe it is a bug, but it is not possible anymore to disable this feature completely and you don't want to say, that i need to add each "custom" method?
It doesn't increase my readability i don't want that **** feature.

in the earlier version it was disabled and now it shows up again and makes me angry.

Hi, could you please clarify the problem? Are parameter hints shown even if you uncheck General | Appearance | Show parameter name hints?

Sry My Fault, it was the "Settings > Editor > Inlay Hints", which looked similar.
