Hi! We disabled this feature in CLion 2019.1 when we started to use Clangd for code highlighting and quick-fixes. We're reworking it right now. Hope to get it ready in CLion 2019.2. Please follow https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CPP-15243 and updates in our blog. It might be included into one of 2019.2 EAP builds.
