New Project: Kotlin Gradle with Kotlin DSL has an error.

Iintellij ultimate 2019.1

Gradle default wrapper version: 4.10.3

jvm target: 1.8

When I try to create a new project with gradle, default wrapper, kotlin and kotlin dsl the new project wizard crashes with an error about the wizard already being disposed, and the project opens up in an incompletely configured state.

If I do not select kotlin dsl for gradle it is all okay.

Possibly this is the wrong place to raise this, if so, can someone point me at the right channel.
