Lost all maven configs after upgrade to 2019.1 Ultimate

Hello everyone,
I work on spring using maven to manage dependencies and after upgrading to 2019 Ultimate I lost all the "Package" configurations I had on all my spring projects. It is not a big problem since it is just a simple "clean install" instruction to get my war but I think it was worth to mention.

Could you elaborate with screenshots, the expected/actual result you see, what is the "Package" configuration exactly? Thanks.
