Does PyCharm support using Linux packages in Windows?

I will be using a Windows box with PyCharm to develop Linux scripts. Since pwd is not a native Windows package the IDE may not know about it. In other IDE's, it assumes this is an error because it doesn't know about the pwd package. How does PyCharm support this?

I assume by `pwd` you mean the Linux utility that display current working directory to standard output.

It's not necessary for functioning of PyCharm and Python interpreter. Of course you won't be able to use pwd in the terminal from PyCharm
