WSL (Ubuntu) found in 2018.3.4 but not in 2019.1

Updated to 2019.1 and now WSL is not found. Reinstall WSL (Ubuntu), run the setup script from Jetbrains, still doesn't work. Reinstalled 2018.3.4 and it works (see picture, left side) there but not in 2019.1.

Hello! The original reason is WSL issue (https://github.com/Microsoft/WSL/issues/2592) which was fixed in
1803Windows update. You can either update your Windows machine, or try this workaround.Excellent! Workaround works. Thanks.
