default remote toolchain vs default deployment server

In my practice, I'm working on WIn10 machine and two remote hosts (RedHat), with a different configurations.

of course , there are two pairs: two remote toolchains and two deployment servers.

so a few questions about the work for this configuation:

1. when I move remote host in the toolchain list to the top (make it default), seems appropriate deployment server is not defaulted automatically, and case when a build  is a processing on one host but deployment is performed on another one mistakenly. how to trigger this process? a change one option (deployment or build) would trigger corresponding another? or this is incorrect understanding of the deployment process? I suppose the deployment is a one-way sync changed sources for the build remotely and this uses currently active deployment server from the settings.

2.  Deployment server settings page: seems "Ignore info messages"  option doesn't keep its state - I need to re-set this on each IDE run .

3. Is there an ability for quick switching a toolchains and/or deployment hosts quicker than settings window?
