Generating JPA Entities with the Persistence Tool does not generate entities

I added the JPA facet to my module

In the persistence tool window I selected Generate Persistence Mapping from Database Source

I configured a new data source being my SQLServer Database.

I tested the connection and it succeeded.

Then I filled in all the required fields on the generate OR mapping dialog.

Then I pressed OK.

I see the dialog "An OR mapping is about to be generated". 

I pressed OK and there was no error. 

The entities were not created.
