How to customize color of breakpoints

Anyone know how to tweak the color of breakpoints (i.e. change from red)?

You can create custom Color Scheme and override the icon or color for breakpoint, see Customizing UI Themes - Icons and UI Controls.
Thanks @Andrey. I am not looking to create an entire custom theme. I enjoy Darcula, for the most part. Just need to change the one color (breakpoint).
Have searched all of the available color tweaks in File > Settings > Editor > Color Scheme > General, and am unable to find the color for breakpoints.
The Icons themselves and their colors can not be changed in settings, only via custom theme plugin. But you can change the color of the line with breakpoint in Editor in: Settings (Preferences on macOS) | Editor | Color Scheme | Debugger section.
