TODOs in javascript Smarty-Templates Follow

It's nice to have basic autocompletion in Smarty-Templates. Thank you for that. But there is an other problem.

I have a ".tpl" file with the following content:

Please highlight TODOs in smarty and js comments. Is there a way to achieve this manually?

I could confirm the same behaviour on PhpStorm 2019.2 EAP.

Would it be possible to report it to YouTrack portal, please?
