Tool Window : Event Log Empty

Hello,
For several weeks now, I have had my "Event Log" window which is empty but which tells me that there are events :

Do you have any idea what the problem is? (I have already done a "Invalidate Caches / Restart...")

Please send an archived logs folder (Help | SHow Log in ...) to clion-support at jetbrains.com. Note that logs might contain private user's information (like file paths and names).
Turned out it's https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-206180 which should be fixed in CLion 2019.2 EAP.
