When using intellij idea to develop Java, input Chinese in the recent file and file structure, a white input box window will appear on the candidate, how should I close this white input window?

I want to see the same in the video. When I type in Chinese, a white input box appears. I asked Apple customer service. They said that it is a software problem. I also tried to use the company’s colleagues’ computer and found the same problem, but Under Windows, there is no such problem.
Looks like two input methods are used at the same time. Don't you face the same issue in other applications (e.g. JEdit or NetBeans)? What JDK is used to run IDE (it's outside provided screenshot)?
I currently only use intellij idea as a development tool. The screenshot is that I am currently installing JDK externally. Please try running IDE under bundled 11 JDK from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download
Provide idea.log after IDE restart if problem remains. For uploading you can use ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads / https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com or any file sharing service. Please also attach screenshot showing how you configure input method in OS. Thanks.

Similar problem. 2019.3 is released, problem still exist.
Cmd + N, to create a new file, then I want to input file type(eg: js), and then a new dialog was waked up.
In fact, I simplified the problem. The real use case is that I will full screen the IDEA. In that case, when I use Chinese Input Method, the window will switched to desktop-window and stop there. Yes, it means I can't create new file AT ALL.
DOT NOT u think it is a really serious problem?
