"Jump outside closing bracket/quote" works inconsistently in Typescript files

works fine for me in both .ts and .js files...Can you share your IDE settings (File > Export settings)? Also, can the issue be recreated in a new project?
Update: I was able to reproduce the behavior only in scratch files
As you can see, it doesn't work at all for .js, and works for quotes, but not brackets, for typescript.
Test same patterns in scratch files, please
The problem is intermittent, as far as I can see, and can't be recreated reliably, neither in .js nor in .ts scratch files... I've updated the youtrack ticket accordingly
