Unable To Sync Settings With JetBrains ToolBox

Unable to sync settings with JetBrains ToolBox, whenever clicking on sync settings with JetBrains account gettings this error message:

To sync IDE settings, you should be logged in to your JetBrains Account. To log in, install JetBrains Toolbox and enter your credentials there. Restart the IDE after you log in.

But I am already logged into toolbox application... I tried reinstalling the application but the same issue...

Did you install PhpStorm via ToolBox?

Try to restart OS and check if it helps.

Having the same issue here (with intellij) -- it was working yesterday. For some reason I tried to downgrade from 2019.2 RC (thinking it'd help fixing a startup problem i had with it) to 2019.1.3, and with this new install I can't seem to sync my settings, with the same error as the OP.

Rebooting didn't help.

My team is using a license server - and toolbox doesn't seem to realise my intellij copy is licensed (it still shows the "buy" tag next to it) - maybe that's related ?
