PHPStorm 2019.1.3 on Ubuntu 18.04 File Watcher dialog is messed up. Follow
I've been trying to configure a Sass file watcher for my current project. But when I try to add a new file watcher, the dialog is messed up. At least I think. The https://www.jetbrains.com/help/phpstorm/using-file-watchers.html?section=Windows%20or%20Linux#transpilerBehaviour help page mentions a "Insert Macro" button that is not visible to me.
Here is what the dialog looks like:
I am trying this from a laptop connected to an ultrawide monitor. But the dialog remains the same when I disconnect the monitor and set my laptop resolution to 1920x1080.
Is there something I can do to fix this, or is it a bug I should report?

So, I'm not trying to paste log info, just the stuff from about phpstorm. Pasting into sublime text works fine, but when I paste in here, all I get is blank lines.
Anyway, if the paste doesn't come through above:
PhpStorm 2019.1.3
JRE 1.8.0_202-release-1483-b53
jvm: OpenJDK 64-bit server vm by JetBrains s.r.o
Problem with pasting is a bug in a forum engine that is being worked on...
