Can't run my first Jupyter notebook

This is the first time I tried running Pycharm.  I have an existing Jupyter notebook that works.

For Pycharm, I can't even get started.  Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.  Here is the error.

import sys; print('Python %s on %s' % (sys.version, sys.platform))
sys.path.extend(['/Users/matis/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Home Files'])
