Stop phpstorm auto generating comment block when adding a field

Hey,

I'm trying to get phpstorm to stop adding commet blocks when creating a field using alt+enter, any ideas? I've looked through the settings removing anything I can thjink of but it still keeps showing. I can add a template that customises what is inside but if i leave it blank I once again get an empty comment block.
