Hi, please delete `~/.pycharm_helpers` from the remote host and try again.
Same issue here, there is no `pycharm_helpers_5` or 'pycharm_helpers` in my ~/ There previously was a pycharm remote config on my username, but the files were restored from a backup at some point in the past. I had to manually create a new user account, set up pycharm, copy the .pycharm_helpers folder to my real account and proceed from there. Is there an explanation / workaround for this issue?
Hello, I have the same issue. There is not ~/.pycharm_helpers on remote server. Any solutions?
I suggest contacting support (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/?pycharm) and share your logs. Probably something is blocking the upload of helpers to your host.
