All debug configuration settigs dissapeared after update.

Do you still have them if you install 2019.1 alongside?

Cannot Save Files

Is this a plain local disk, or there's some kind of network mount / Dropbox / you name it involved?

Sometimes storm not response and I can see just gray screen.

Please show us a screenshot of what it looks like.

Basically, it's better to report technical issues like that by creating a support ticket, at least we can ask you for logs there: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=66731

I didn't have it on previous version.

It is a local disk.

I'll show gray screen when I catch it.

Some addition info about screenshot. I can't remove __jb_old__ file and can't save files when this file appears. I set option use "safe write" in settings and this helps to remove it and save my changes.

In fact, version update should not touch your older configuration. Could you please check if you still have any files in older config location? (%userprofile%\.PhpStorm2019.1\)

The settings dissapearing after restart storm, not after update only. But in old versions everything was good. Cli interpreter, Debug section, Servers, Run/Debug configurations
