ScalaTest template not working in 2019.2

I've tried IntelliJ 2019.2 with scala plugin versions 2019.2.13-15 and with all of them, the VM parameters that I fill in and save for the ScalaTest run/debug config. template don't get copied over to ScalaTest configurations created when I right click on a ScalaTest class and select run/debug.

I've had to revert back to Intellij 2019.1.4 to get this ScalaTest template to work again.
