Bug? editor freezes on "redo" when CSS file is open.

Every time a .css file is open in editor.
Hitting "ctrl+shift+z" freezes the IDE until pressing "ctrl+alt+delete".
IntelliJ IDEA 2018.3.6 (Ultimate Edition) Build #IU-183.6156.11, built on March 25, 2019.
