Editor tabs have no text
I am not sure how this happened - but the editor tabs have no text. I tried switching themes, playing around with Editor Tab settings (change location, etc) to no avail.

Is there any chance that you have a MacOS and this is the second project opened in parallel?
Also, would it be possible to disable Material UI plugin and try it again?
I do have MacOS, but I've only got the one project open in PHPStorm... but ... looks like you were right, Material was at fault. I figured that switching themes would be a sufficient test to see if Material is responsible, but when I disabled it entirely and restarted PHPStorm the problem disappeared. Thanks for your help!
And looks like the latest update to Material Theme UI fixed that :).
I have the same problem except no Material Theme UI is involved. Originally I installed it, but then removed it afterward. Just to be sure, I have reinstalled WebStorm with deletion all the app's folders.
I am running on MacOS and indeed it is a second parallel opened project. Any ideas what to do about it?
I am on the latest macOS and faced the same problem. Invalidating the cache and restarting the IDE did the job.
Same happened on Webstorm and Rubymine, so it seems to be related to the same codebase that's causing this issue.
