Auto Create Src Directories in Idea 2019.2

In Idea 2019.1 and previous versions, under the Gradle settings there is an option 'Create directories for empty content roots automatically', this seems to have disappeared in 2019.2
Does this option still exist? If not, how do I configure my (old) Gradle projects to auto create the directories?

The setting was removed since it doesn't handle well all scenarios to make it default, we are thinking on a possible setting-less alternative. See this YouTrack item for details:
