svg preview, пред просмотр svg, после обновления не работает svg, svg does not work after upgrade
Зайти в Settings -> File Types -> найти Scalable Vector Graphics -> в нижнем окошке если нет *.svg нажать + и добавить *.svg.
Go to Settings -> File Types -> find Scalable Vector Graphics -> in the bottom window if not *.svg click + and add *.svg.

In 2019.2, *.svg pattern is assigned to XML file type by default; to make preview work, it has to be re-assigned to Scalable Vector Graphics type
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-40355 is fixed in 2019.2.1
