backticks are not working 2019.2

PHPStorm win10 upgrade 2019.1 to 2019.2  has a terrible bug.

backticks are not working

Hi there,

Check https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-1744 -- says fixed now (no ideas in what version it will be present though, maybe 2019.2.1 or so)
