Attach to process failed Pycharm 2019.2. Works fine in 2019.1.4

I've downloaded Pycharm 2019.2. When I tried to attach to process to a running instance, I am getting below error. It has been working fine using 2019.1.4 version.

It looks like this issue:

The fix should be available in 2019.2.1 final which is expected to be released any day now.

Meanwhile you can use older version as a workaround.
