IntelliJ 2019.2 Won't Open Golang Projects Created with 2018.3

I am a Windows 10 PC user. I recently upgraded from IntelliJ Ultimate 2018.3 to 2019.2 and it will not open my Go projects, though my Java projects continue to open with no difficulties. I previously used 2018.3 with the two Go plugins enabled. The plugins still appear to be enabled in 2019.2 after the update. When I select a Go project from the "Open" dialog it pops something up for a split second (an almost imperceivable flash on the screen) and reverts to the Open dialog. When I attempt to open the Go projects, no lines are appended to the idea.log file.

I could probably continue to use the old version of IntelliJ for Go projects, but I'd prefer to use just one. I have not tried downloading Goland only because I would prefer not to split my activities across IDEs unless I must.
