Run Command Console changes

After installing the latest version of PHPStorm (2019.2.1) I saw that the "Run Command" Console was changed in favor of a floating panel wich is very complicated to use. When using the Console, It could integrate with Angular ng but now It cannot recognize the "ng" command. I don't want to use the npm panel because It doesn't allow me to set running parameters and I don't want to use the Terminal because It doesn't "remember" the previous commands.

Is there any way to have the Console back again?. Please, if It ain't broke, don't fix It.
