Ignore files are set, but all of them are visible in File System view:

Hello Voolmer,
FileSystem view shows you all files and subdirectories starting from the directory where the current solution file is located. Assembly view shows only files included in your solution. Could you please attach a screenshot of view that works on your mind wrong?
