Unintended initial offset in the editor

Hi PyCharm team,

Recently i upgraded to 2019.2 and I noticed that the editor is showing an initial offset of 4 spaces by default. This spacing is also affected when I open the Project tool window on the left sidebar. 

Please refer the following images for the issue and let me know if there's something I could do :)
