How can I specify port number of debugger

Hi 

I have a requirement my boss assign to me, that is using pycharm debugging in docker container on aws ec2, and I have no premission to open those ports from aws account, so if anyway can specify a port let me connect my pycharm with debugger from aws ec2, that will very helpful to me.
