File->Open, "Open File or Project" interface, "Desktop Directory" button has something wrong

when I click File->Open, in "Open File or Project" interface, if there is no Desktop directory, the button "Desktop Directory" is unclickable, but the keyboard shortcuts "Ctrl+D" is available and will show "Select Path" interface.
