It seems colorful than default Darcula theme. Where can I get this color scheme? Really thanks!

That seems to be Darcula, but with "Semanrtic highlighting" feature enabled:

As for custom themes, you can download them in the plugins repository. For example "One dark theme" took 2nd place in JetBrains' theme contest.
