Answered

I already have a mark of Navigation Bar. It hides or shows Navigation Bar, but it dont combine menu bar and title bar.  I have windows, u have mac, maybe therefore dont working?

Looks like you are using older IntelliJ IDEA version? Since 2019.2 version there is a Borderless UI support which integrates the main menu into borderless window. You should update to the latest version from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download to have it in IntelliJ IDEA.

P.S. With open community forums we try to use international English language for communications as there are many different language-speaking customers. You can submit a request to support (which is private) in Russian, we will be glad to help you! :)

Global menu on Linux is also supported. Make sure you have enabled it for Kubuntu: http://fasterland.net/activate-global-menu-kde-plasma-5-9.html

it's not about the global menu, but about integrating the window title with phpstorm

On linux the way to integrate Main application menu into a window title - is using an OS Global Menu. On some Linux WM global menu needs to be explicitly enabled on others it is enabled by default. Or do you mean you have different look for GoLand on Linux than for IntelliJ IDEA?

If i use OS Global Menu i get this windows state.

Green arrow indicate absolutely useless header, but him contains window buttons (close, minimize, maximize)

I want remove this window header and integrate windows tools to phpstorm window.

I don't want use KDE Global Menu, i want get phpstorm window like a phpstorm 2019.2 in windows 10 (borderless ui) or same like golang (2 picure) in the subject

Borderless ui is Windows 10 only feature, you can not have it on other OS-es (for any application, not only IntelliJ IDEA).
