Restart Application Automatically When Hot Swap Fails.

When HotSwap fails, the error message does me no good. Whenever it fails, my course of action is ALWAYS to restart the service as I don't rely on application state. Is there a way I can configure IntelliJ to do this automatically?

Also, is there a shortcut to restart all currently running applications? As someone with 3 applications that I run simultaneously, my current development cycle is painful (Stop all -> start 1, start 2, start 3, try to change code, see hot swap failed, and repeat.)
