IntelliJ not wrapping comments (auto comment-wrap not working)

Even after reformatting my file, comments which clearly exceed the "Hard wrap at" limit still stay in the same line, making it impossible for me to read them.

Under Editor-->Javascript-->Wrapping and Braces-->Comments both are ticked. As you can see on the picture, these settings should wrap the comments.

But as shown here, they do not:
