Conda environment creating & Package installing problem

Hello

So there're 2 problems

First, every time when I try creating new project, it's always stucks at 'Creating Conda Enviroment' process. Pycharm says 'it's done' but it doesn't end and continues forever.

Second(This problem is similar to the first one), also every time when I try installing packages like tensorflow or pandas, the installation process doesn't end. Again, according to background task indicator, the task is done but the package is not installed and the task doesn't end forever.

Any advice or solution to solve these problems?
