Hi Team,
I'm Unable to deploy an exploded EAR to Websphere Liberty server from IDEA 2019.2. because the IDE doesn't generate the ear.xml file which is actually deployed on the liberty server. This is happening only after I upgraded from 2017.3 to 2019.2. It works fine in 2017.3. Can you please help me with this? I don't what has changed in the latest version which is causing this issue.
Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

- full idea.log after reproducing an error,
- the complete textual result from Run/Debug tool window after an attempt to deploy in IDEA
- screenshots of Server, Deployment tabs of Run/Debug Configuration
