Reveal already opened file on other split
In a splitted editor, when i do a quick search to files to open, instead of switching to the already opened file on other split, PhpStorm is reopening the same file on the current split. Is this intentional? Or is there an option that i can enable/disable this functionality?

This can't be disabled/enabled unfortunately. That's a known usability problem: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-67559 - feel free to vote for it or comment it.
