Cannot Create New Project in IntelliJ 2019.2.4 (Windows 10)

I cannot create new project from existing directory regardless of Java, Scala nor empty project. I configured and clicked Next button until the last screen. I was stuck at the last stage. I clicked the OK button but it didn't get IntelliJ to proceed further and clicking Cancel or didn't cancel the process. I had to use Task Manager to close IntelliJ. Please advise. Thanks

Hi

I figured out what was causing the problem. It was caused by the LSP Support plugin v.1.5.4 https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/10209-lsp-support/

I tried again with a clean IntelliJ of the same version and install ONLY LSP Support plugin and the same error manifest immediately until the plugin is uninstalled or disabled.
