Problem with automatic upload when using remote toolchains

Even though I disable automatic upload as in the screen shot, it keeps uploading files automatically whenever changes is saved. This behavior is different with Pycharm when using remote interpreter. Could you please help?
My CLion version is 2019.2.5 which is latest version

In CLion in case of the Full Remote mode changes are auto-uploaded by default regardless of the
Upload changed files automatically to the default serveroption. There is no way to disable auto-uploading.I see, thanks.
This issue is quite annoying. It would be good if "File Transfer" does not pop up at least...?
