IntelliJ 2019.3 - Services - Can't Configure Individual "View Mode" For Independent Services

Hey all, up until today I used to work with my tomcat log as a separate 'window' on a different screen and MySQL database - Dock pinned.
This allows me to monitor and look at query results simultaneously.
Something happened (Probably an update) and now I can't split between the two or I just simply don't know how to.
This leaves me to either follow the log or look at query results.
Any ideas regarding what is happening here?

What's your current version of Intellij, what's the version of OS and JDK? Did you try File > Clear caches?

IntelliJ version: IntelliJ IDEA 2019.3 (Ultimate Edition). Build #IU-193.5233.102
OS: Windows 10 Pro with latest updates.
JDK: 1.8.0_172

I've cleared all caches but it did nothing.
I ran other things and I have noticed that another tab is being used for some instead of "Services". I've seen the "Run" tab and the "Debug" tab. Those 2 were acting independently and I could configure them to be displayed just as I want. Problem is that my 2 main uses (As seen in the pic) only popup in the "Services" menu and not in those other tabs.
I used to split all of them in order to have each in different place and monitor them all but now they all go into "Services" tab and splinting between them is impossible.
I started looking into the issue and in previous versions there was "Database Console" for MySQL queries, "Run" & "Debug". Only the latest ones have started to combine the tabs. And the very latest one have combined Tomcat into services as well.
Please inform me if there is a workaround or I will have to open a bug for it.
