Save Search/Replace patterns for easy access

Answered

I would like to save a  Search/Replace pattern  so that I can call it up without retyping, as I do now.

In particular I often replace older Ruby hash-rockets with the newer syntax.

I know that there are intention/inspections available to do this... but often they do not show up.

When the replace hash-rocket intention does show up it sometimes has an option to apply to all instances - but often it does not. Or 'all' seems to mean only in the current statement or block.

In the end I go back to using search and replace - so I would like to save the search and replace in a way that I can easily call it and apply it to a whole file.

P.S. I looked at Structural Search and Replace, but it doesn't seem to apply to Ruby.
