How to connect to jupyter notebook via managed remote ssh interpreter ?

Platform: MacOS catalina

Interpreter: SSH interpreter inside a docker container in a remote linux(Ubuntu) server

Question:

Even though I install jupyter package and configured the remote ssh interpreter, I cannot run jupyter notebook code cell because pycharm says jupyter package is not installed. I opted for the managed Server option and specify the ssh interpreter there. May I know how to solve it ?
