Always open a Global Search in Windo Mode

Is there a setting to force anytime you do a global search to open in View Mode - Window. It occasionally remembers but not often. This takes a lot of time to switch it every time I do a global search.

Do I get you right that after you click Open in Find Window in Find in Path, occasionally,it results in the window being docked rather than in the previously set View Mode | Window?
If so, maybe you can notice some reproduction steps so that we could get the same behavior locally?
