How can I solve that Request failed with status code 501

Hello.
I tried to add Framework support Spring mvc in IntelliJ
but I couldn't add it because of error code 501 and I checked my other computer and It was being in my other computer.
so If you can check it, plz check it or you know to solve about it, plz reply it to me
its message is 'Failed to download 'http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/springframework/spring-aop/4.3.18.RELEASE/spring-aop-4.3.18.RELEASE.jar':
Request failed with status code 501'

Most probably, the error is caused by proxy between.
Please check if the same error is returned without proxies. Share the screenshot of the error in case it does not help.
