Not finished backgroud tasks

Hi,
currently I'm working with Intellij IDEA 2019.3.2 Ultimate Eidtion. For 6-7 Weeks now I have two running backgroud tasks. I can't stop them I can't see, which this are. The info about the running task was from the beginning bad.
What can I do, to stop them?

Do you mean you see these two tasks for the last two weeks working non-stop?
Please take several jstack thread dumps of IDE process (Help | Dump Threads action) when you see this and atatch them and all IDE logs zipped (Help | Compress Logs and Show in ... action).

Have you tried restarting the IDE?
