Windows defender detects Trojan during Pycharm update

So I use Toolbox to keep my IDEs automatically up to date. Today it was updating Pycharm and even before it was completed, Windows defender started freaking out about a trojan infecting my computer (see image). How am I supposed to handle this, is it just a false positive or is the version I updated to (Toolbox says PyCharm Professional 2019.3.2, updating to EAP) somehow corrupted?
