Just like that -- "everywhere but not here" -- I do not think so.
You can create custom Scope that will include all desired locations (e.g. all desired .. or everything excluding unwanted) and use that scope when using "Find in Path" or whatever other screen/popup that allows using scopes.
Another possible option -- list all found results in Find Results tool window (with appropriate grouping) and then manually remove unwanted entries (since they will be grouped by folder, it should be very easy to locate and remove whole node).
